MACOM had an ISO Class-3 cleanroom where they do water fabrication and hybrid assembly. To maintain production, it was necessary to install their new floor without disrupting operations.
The Challenge
Installing new ESD flooring in an active ISO Class-3 cleanroom facility without disrupting critical water fabrication and hybrid assembly operations.
The Solution
They chose GroundLock interlocking ESD tile because the installation process requires no demolition and no adhesives, and the floor can be used immediately after placement.
