Problem 1: Static Discharge in Energy-Sensitive Operations
Static events can corrupt electronics or ignite sensitive materials, especially around high-voltage systems, lithium processes, or energy-dense components. Even low-level ESD can trigger costly or dangerous failures.
Solution
StaticWorx conductive flooring provides permanent, humidity-independent conductivity engineered to meet DOD, OSHA, ANSI/ESD S20.20 and NFPA 70 safety expectations.
Problem 2: Heavy Traffic, Loads & Mechanical Stress

StaticWorx rubber, vinyl, and epoxy systems resist specific chemicals and moisture while maintaining stable resistance. Non-porous surfaces clean easily with neutral pH, with no coatings required.

Solution
GroundLock Extreme, RapidInstall dry adhesive, and StatBond® PSA allow fast installation over existing floors, even contaminated slabs or moisture-prone concrete, enabling phased work with minimal disruption.
