Project Overview

For the flooring in their all-new Yamaha and Heller Surface Mount Technology assembly line, Ritron chose GroundLock interlocking tiles. The Challenge

Ritron needed ESD flooring for their new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly line that could be installed quickly by their own team.

The Solution

A 5-person team installed 1,600 sq. feet of GroundLock interlocking tile in 8 hours. (Note: the optional use of conductive GroundBridge provides equipotential grounding but is not necessary to meet ANSI/ESD S20.20.)
