“StaticWorx products were instrumental in our success on the project. The installation process using GroundTack adhesive helped us bid and install static-dissipative tile at a production rate well above our historic levels. Our installers were genuinely impressed with how square, true, and consistent the product was. We are happy, and more importantly, our customers are happy.”
Matt Graves, Strahm Building Solutions
Looking for an Armstrong Alternative?

We’ve been receiving calls from architects, designers and contractors around the country asking for an alternative to Armstrong SD vinyl tile. As you may know, Armstrong is in the midst of a transition and their vinyl tile is currently unavailable. During this difficult time, if your spec allows for substitutions, we can help.
100% American made, AmeriWorx vinyl tile is precision-milled, providing an extremely durable, high quality ESD vinyl floor* that installs quickly with no gaps. Tiles won’t shrink, curl or dome. The static-control properties in AmeriWorx SVT are inherent. This means, AmeriWorx SVT gains its ESD properties from conductive elements embedded during the manufacturing process. Unlike SDT tile that gets its dissipative properties from topically applied chemicals, the ESD properties in AmeriWorx SVT are permanent. They never wear off. While ESD wax can be used on AmeriWorx SVT, AmeriWorx vinyl tile does not rely on a topically applied chemical for conductivity and never requires an ESD wax or finish.
(*Also known as a static-control vinyl floor or antistatic vinyl floor)

Available in 1’ x 1’ tiles.
Please note: AmeriWorx ESD vinyl is available in either static dissipative or conductive tile. Most electronics applications prefer conductive flooring. For information on ESD standards and specifications, please call us at 617-923-2000.

“AmeriWorx SVT allowed us to greatly increase our productivity. With the tiles being perfectly square and having no variation in gloss or thickness, we essentially improved our productivity by as much as 20%. Considering that labor is as much as 30% of the total cost of a new floor, that can mean the difference between a contractor making money or losing money on a tight project.”
Michael Alley, Master Flooring Mechanic, (Installed all 32,000 sq. ft. of AmeriWorx™ SVT at Fawn Electronics in Nashville, NC)

StatBond Installation
StaticWorx developed StatBond pressure-sensitive permanent adhesive to replace wet set adhesives. StatBond eliminates messy installations. Unlike wet-set epoxies and conductive one-part acrylic emulsions, StatBond is allowed to dry completely before tiles are installed.
