This was a fast-track project, with no time to install a vapor barrier. We helped the client choose a concrete additive that helped them install AmeriWorx ESD vinyl tile before the concrete was completely cured.

The Challenge

The aerospace manufacturing facility needed to install ESD flooring on a fast-track schedule with no time for traditional vapor barrier installation and concrete curing.

The Solution

AmeriWorx Conductive Vinyl Tile was installed using StatBond Pressure-sensitive adhesive, along with a special concrete additive that allowed installation before complete curing.

Project Results

Successfully installed 100,000 square feet of ESD vinyl tile on an accelerated schedule without compromising performance or requiring facility downtime.
